Our Guarantee:
We strive to deliver delight to every customer. If for any reason you are not 100% delighted with your purchase, please contact us. If it is within 14 days of the purchase and you would like to return your item(s), please follow the process above and you will be refunded the cost of the item(s) in the original form of payment. Additional information about the process and other stipulations are listed below.

Return Requirements:
Item(s) must be complete and include all of the original manufacturer’s packaging.

Damaged or Defective Item(s):
As soon as you realize your item(s) arrived damaged or defective, please contact us and we will replace or exchange the item(s) immediately. This claim must be done within 7 days of delivery. Please be prepared to provide your full name, order number, telephone number, and name/item number with a complete description of the problem. Damaged or defective item(s) due to improper use or care cannot be returned.

Once we receive your return it can take up to 5 - 10 business days to process. Once processed, it can take up to 5 business days to post to your original form of payment.

Prepaid Return Label:

- We offer a prepaid shipping label to help with the return process, please visit to print the label
- Prepaid return labels for damaged or defective items are FREE
- If item(s) are not damaged or defective, a $8 fee per package will be deducted from the refund
- If item(s) are not damaged or defective and weigh 20 pounds or more, a $25 fee per package will be deducted from the refund
- If furniture is not damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
- Prepaid labels cannot be used for: international returns; returns originating from Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. Territories; returns requiring a freight truck for pickup

International Returns:
If item(s) are not damaged or defective, the international buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return as well as any customs, duties, or brokerage charges billed to ClickToShop LLC upon receiving the return.

In order to process an exchange, return the item(s) and place a new order. Please follow the steps listed below:

- Please return item(s) using a return label from
- Once the item is received and processed, you will receive a full refund for the item(s)
- Place a new order with the new item(s)

Items that cannot be returned or exchanged:
Costumes, apparel, accessories, party decorations cannot be opened and then returned.

Restocking fees:
Items that are returned 14 days after date of purchase may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
