Oktoberfest Kellnerin

I have purchased 2 other figures from this collection. They are pricey items so I treated it as something very special. When I saw this one and knew I could purchase this locally, I was happy to add 1 more to my collection. After some strange delivery issues it did arrive. Upon opening it, I found that the arm holding the beer mugs was separated from the body and one of the beer mugs actually split away. I was so frustrated, I figured I would just try and glue it myself instead of the back and forth shipping.
I did contact the company to share this with them. They offered me the option to try and glue it and that they would provide a partial refund. Or I could return it for a replacement. I agreed to just working with it and seeing if I could glue the pieces back in place and as it was for me and not a gift just keep it. I thought a fair refund would be appreciated. The item was over $130. I received an email advising that they were providing a 15% refund which is $19. Although they were responsive by email which I appreciated, this small refund did not even cover shipping costs. That is when everything became disappointing.

For such an expensive item that would have been returned and most likely disposed of, I was a bit shocked. I probably will not buy any more of these.
