Shipping Policy (U.S. Customers)

First of all – incredible, but it’s really true: we now ship directly from our U.S. warehouse in Chalfont, Pennsylvania!
Most orders are fulfilled from this location for faster delivery and lower costs.
If an item is temporarily unavailable in the U.S., it will be shipped directly from our factory in Germany.

No matter where your order ships from, U.S. customers always enjoy our low domestic shipping rate of $12.99 – guaranteed.


General Terms of Delivery

We ship to all states in the U.S. and Canada.
Shipping cost: $12.99 per order.

Orders are normally shipped within 1–3 business days. The estimated delivery time is shown on each product page.
Our trusted shipping partner is FedEx.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link as soon as your order has been handed over to our logistics provider. If your order is split into multiple packages, you will receive separate tracking notifications.


Pre-Orders and Availability

Items that are temporarily sold out can be pre-ordered and paid for in advance. The expected release or restock date is displayed on the respective product page.
If your order contains pre-order items, we will ship everything together once all products are available.
To avoid delays, we recommend ordering pre-order items separately from available products.


Delivery Management

If you’re not at home when your package arrives, you can easily manage the delivery via the tracking link in your confirmation email. Redirect to a neighbor, pick-up location, or set a new delivery date.


Public Holidays

Shipping takes place on working days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed on or right before a holiday may experience slight delays.
