Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services to you.
By visiting the Site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
2. Eligibility & acceptable use
You must be the age of majority in your state of residence (or have a parent/guardian’s consent) to use the Site.
You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit malware, attempt to interfere with security, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
3. Orders & account information
We may accept, refuse, or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, inventory errors). We may limit quantities per person, household, or order.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information, and promptly update your email, addresses, and payment data.
4. Products, pricing & availability
Products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to our Return/Refund Policy (see the policy page in our footer).
We try to display colors and images accurately, but we cannot guarantee your screen’s display.
Prices, descriptions, and availability may change without notice. We may discontinue any product at any time.
5. Shipping & fulfillment
We generally fulfill U.S. and Canada orders from our U.S. warehouse.
If an item is not available in the U.S., we may ship from Germany at no extra cost to you.
Shipping timelines shown at checkout are estimates. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier, except where prohibited by law. Tracking will be provided when available.
6. Promotions, gift cards & discount codes
Promotions and discount codes may be limited, non-transferable, and subject to change.
We may cancel or refuse a promotion at our discretion in case of misuse or error.
Gift cards (if offered) are subject to the terms presented at purchase and applicable law.
7. Third-party tools & links
We may provide access to third-party tools “as-is” and “as available” without warranties or endorsements.
Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
8. User content (reviews, uploads, submissions)
If you send or post content (e.g., reviews, photos, comments), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, and display such content for marketing and operational purposes.
You represent that you own or control all rights in your content and that it does not violate any laws or rights of others.

17. Governing law; venue; jury waiver
These Terms and any disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Atlanta, Georgia.
To the extent permitted by law, you and we waive trial by jury.
