Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. During peak seasons, holidays, or limited edition launches, processing times may be extended.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Orders for customers in the United States are fulfilled through our U.S. fulfillment center:

International orders may ship directly from Germany.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package size.

Estimated delivery times:

  • USA: 3–7 business days
  • Canada: 5–10 business days
  • Europe: 3–10 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or seasonal demand.

Pre-Orders & Limited Editions

Pre-order items ship on or around the estimated release date shown on the product page. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the complete order may ship together once all items are available.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees required by their country.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of both the packaging and the damaged item.

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
