Well the dog’s head had to be reattached and there were no incense cones included as they was with one of the other smokers I ordered.

Hi Dawn,

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed.

Could you please send us a photo of the damaged smoker? We would be happy to review the issue and see how we can help.

Regarding the incense cones: Steinbach itself does not include complimentary incense cones with our smokers. They can be purchased separately through our shop.

Since you purchased FRIENDS products, it is possible that the manufacturer of that particular item included a few incense cones as a small sample or goodwill gesture. However, this is entirely at the manufacturer's discretion, is not our standard practice, and is unfortunately outside of our control.

We always strive to provide the best possible customer service and to find a satisfactory solution for our customers. If you could send us the requested photo, we would be happy to look into the matter for you.

If you feel that our support has been helpful, we would greatly appreciate it if you would consider updating your review, as it also reflects the quality of our customer service. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to assist you.

Best regards,
Jessica
