Easter Bunny with Carrot

Step into the cheerful world of traditional Erzgebirge Easter craftsmanship with the Easter Bunny with Carrot, a beautifully handcrafted wooden figure created by our FRIEND partner Gahlenz. This charming bunny is shown seated in a relaxed pose, giving the figure a particularly warm and friendly character. Dressed in a bright blue shirt and vivid orange trousers, he brings a playful splash of spring color to any Easter display. His characteristic long ears, natural wood tones, and gentle expression reflect the unmistakable charm of Gahlenz’s traditional bunny figures.

In one hand, the bunny holds a fresh carrot with green leaves, a classic symbol of Easter and springtime. In the other, he carries a small cup, adding an everyday, homely touch to the scene. The seated position on a rustic wooden stump gives the figure additional character and creates a peaceful, storytelling atmosphere that makes it especially appealing as part of a seasonal arrangement.

Crafted from wood and colorfully finished in the Erzgebirge, this Easter figure is made using traditional woodworking techniques and careful attention to detail. The combination of bright painted accents, natural materials, and the relaxed pose makes the Easter Bunny with Carrot a delightful addition to shelves, mantels, tables, or other spring and Easter displays.

This figure is manufactured by our FRIEND Gahlenz. STEINBACH Volkskunst offers this unique piece in its online shop but does not manufacture the item itself.

Whether displayed throughout the Easter season or enjoyed as part of a year-round collection of traditional German wooden folk art, the Easter Bunny with Carrot brings springtime cheer, colorful craftsmanship, and the unmistakable charm of Erzgebirge folk art into your home.
