Standing an impressive 39 cm (15.4 inches) tall, this distinctive nutcracker cuts a proud military figure in his vivid red and blue uniform. His tall red shako is decorated with a golden crown and radiant starburst emblem, while his neatly styled white mustache and expressive blue eyes give him a dignified yet welcoming character.   

His detailed military attire features rich red and deep blue accents, finely painted gold trim, a white collar, and a traditional black belt. A long rifle rests securely at his side, completing the appearance of a classic soldier. His tall proportions and elegant blue base give him an especially commanding presence, making him a wonderful statement piece for collectors of traditional German wooden folk art. The figure is crafted from wood and hand-finished and painted in the Erzgebirge tradition.  

As a traditional nutcracker, the Long Fellow features the classic movable mouth operated by the lever at the back, preserving the traditional function that has made German nutcrackers beloved decorative and collectible figures for generations.
