"SANTA COMES AROUND - Part 1" is the first item from the "SANTA COMES AROUND" series and impresses with its detailed implementation, extremely high-quality workmanship and carefully selected accessories. The Santa was made by Steinbach himself and is framed by the well-known Seiffen church as a pyramid, an ornament "Angel in the Star" and one of the famous mini-ball smokers of our friends from "Richard Glässer".
In the middle of the Ore Mountains, in the heart of the toy village Seiffen, is the "Richard Glässer" manufactory. A tradition that began more than 80 years ago by Richard Glässer and is one of the oldest and best-known handicraft businesses in the toy village. Today, half a dozen skilled wooden toy makers build some of the most beautiful pyramids in the Ore Mountains in the show workshop and two other production sites.
"SANTA COMES AROUND - Part 2" is the second item from the "SANTA COMES AROUND" series and impresses with its detailed implementation, extremely high-quality workmanship and carefully selected accessories. This Santa and the little Snowman on his arm were made by Steinbach himself and is surrounded by a group of winter fun loving little snowmen by our friends from "Holzkunst Gahlenz".
"SANTA COMES AROUND - Part 3" is the third item of the "SANTA COMES AROUND" series and impresses with its detailed implementation, extremely high-quality workmanship and carefully selected accessories. While Santa, dressed in an immaculately fashionable outfit, was made by Steinbach himself, he has a beautiful Teddy bear made by Steiff in his gift bag.
The origins of the Steiff manufactory go back to 1880, when it was originally founded. Originally aiming to be a clothing company, their handmade felt pin cushions and toys soon became quite popular. In 1902 they created their plush bear and when in 1906 it came to be known as the Teddy bear thanks to president "Teddy" Roosevelt the little bear made history.
